A minimum payment of $500.00 is due with the student’s signed application. This $500.00 minimum payment is the nonrefundable enrollment fee and is not refunded under any circumstances. The remaining balance is dependent upon the program selected by the student.

Balance of tuition options:
The student can pay the tuition in full and receive a $200.00 discount. This excludes the IV Insertion Certification Training.
The student can split the remaining balance into weekly payments that last the duration of the course. For example, for the 6-week program the remaining balance can be split into 6 weekly payments.
These options are available to all students.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Three-Day Cancellation: There is no three day right to cancel policy.
Other Cancellations:
A student who provides written notice of cancellation up to the third day of class (including Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding the nonrefundable enrollment fee and $100.00 for each day taught, not necessarily attended by the student, no sooner than 45 days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
A student who provides written notice of cancellation after the third day of class (including Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) is not entitled to a refund of any kind.
If a student wishes to withdraw from the IV Certification training, up to 48 hours before the course will receive a refund of all monies paid.
Withdrawal Policy:
Procedure for withdrawal:
A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes is to provide written notice to the Director of the school. The notice is to indicate the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student. The notice can be provided in person or via email, no text messages, or phone calls will be accepted.
Tuition charges/refunds:
A. Up to the third day of classes, the student is entitled to a refund of 100% of the tuition, minus the nonrefundable enrollment fee of $500.00, and $100.00 for each day taught, not necessarily attended by the student. B. After the commencement of the fourth day of classes, the student is not entitled to a refund of any kind.
The nonrefundable enrollment fee covers administrative and supply fees only, any textbooks, national certification study guides, and additional materials my be purchased by the student and included in their tuition.
Refunds will be issued after 45 calendar days of the date of student notification.
