& Refund Policy
Please carefully review Hawaii Medical Training Center’s enrollment, tuition, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policies before registering.
Important Enrollment Information
A minimum nonrefundable enrollment fee of $500.00 is required to reserve a student’s seat in any eligible HMTC program.
Tuition balances, payment plans, and scheduling options vary by program.

Payment Options
- Students may pay tuition in full at enrollment.
- Flexible payment plans may be available depending on the selected program.
- Pay-as-you-go options may be available for certain programs and modules.
- Tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities may be available for qualified students.
- Tuition balances must remain current for students to continue participating in class, clinicals, or certification preparation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Enrollment Fee
The $500.00 enrollment fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative processing, seat reservation, supplies, and onboarding expenses.
Cancellation Before Class Begins
Students who cancel before the official class start date may be eligible for a refund of tuition paid minus the nonrefundable enrollment fee.
Cancellation After Classes Begin
Students who provide written notice of cancellation by the third calendar day of class may be eligible for a partial refund of tuition paid, excluding the nonrefundable enrollment fee and instructional charges for days taught.
After the third calendar day of class, students are not entitled to a tuition refund.
Withdrawal Policy
Students choosing to withdraw after classes begin must provide written notice to HMTC administration.
Withdrawal requests must include:
- Student full name
- Program enrolled in
- Expected last day of attendance
- Student signature or written confirmation
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by email or in person. Text messages, social media messages, or phone calls are not accepted as official withdrawal notification.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 60 calendar days from the date HMTC receives official written cancellation or withdrawal notice.
Hawaii Medical Training Center reserves the right to update tuition, schedules, policies, program availability, and training requirements at any time without prior notice.
